Muse Coffee began as a small coffee pop-up at local farmers markets, built on a passion for serving exceptional coffee and creating meaningful connections within our community. Founded by two close-knit, entrepreneurial couples — Tyler and Kayla Baggerley, and Lucas and Cameron McCrary — what started as a simple mobile coffee cart quickly grew into something much bigger.
Thanks to the incredible support of our customers, Muse Coffee expanded into our first storefront in Anahuac, Texas in March 2025 where we’ve had the privilege of serving handcrafted drinks and house-made treats to the amazing community there. Now, we’re excited to continue that journey with the opening of our second location in Winnie, Texas in September 2026.

FAQs
Do you only serve coffee?
Not at all! While coffee is our specialty, we also offer a variety of non-coffee drinks, including teas, tea lattes (like matcha and chai), regular and flavored lemonade, iced tea, flavored Red Bulls, hot chocolate, and seasonal specialty beverages.
Do you have food?
Yes! We offer a selection of pastries — like muffins, cinnamon rolls, and cake pops, lunch sandwiches, and other rotating food items depending on availability. Please always refer to our social media pages to see what we may have week to week. You can also order online here.
Can I get my espresso drink hot or iced?
Most of our espresso drinks can be served either hot or iced. The exceptions are cappuccinos and cortados, which are only served hot to preserve their traditional texture and flavor.
Do you offer dairy free milk alternatives?
Yes! Our dairy-free milk alternatives we offer are oat milk and almond milk so you can customize your drink to your preference.
Do you sell whole bean coffee?
While we don’t typically keep whole bean coffee in stock, we’d be happy to special order it for you. If you’d like to purchase whole bean coffee, just let us know what you’re looking for, and we’ll be happy to place an order for you!
